Welcome to the OSCILLATE Trial
Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrom (ARDS) is an important public health problem with a high associated mortality (40-70%). Critically ill patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) require life support with mechanical ventilation. Ventilator induced lung injury, however, contributes to the high mortality of ARDS. Testing HFO efficacy is an important question in ARDS management.
